IT Support & Systems Administrator (Remote)

- Right now, one of our amazing clients is growing and needs a steady, capable IT Support & Systems Administrator (Remote) to keep their systems running smoothly and their people supported.
About the Role
- You’ll provide frontline IT support and light systems administration across the organization.
- Your days will be a mix of helping people get unstuck, keeping Microsoft environments tidy, and jumping into admin tasks that keep operations humming.
- You’ll work independently, but never in isolation — trusted to own your space and escalate when needed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1–2 IT support (hardware, software, access issues).
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, Word).
- Handle password resets, MFA setup, and login issues.
- Manage users, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft Admin Centre & Entra ID.
- Assist with device setup, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, fixes, and processes.
- Escalate complex issues to external IT providers when required.
- Support ad-hoc admin tasks as directed.
Requirements
About You
- Approachable, patient, and genuinely helpful
- Comfortable explaining tech without jargon or ego
- Organized, detail-focused, and trusted with sensitive data
- Confident working independently in a remote environment
About YOUR Work History
- 2+ years in IT support or systems administration.
- Hands-on Microsoft 365 admin experience.
- Confident managing users, licenses, and permissions.
- Exposure to Entra ID, Intune, or device management is a bonus.
